65 Roses and CF

May is Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month (CF) and Eva is a young woman battling the condition.  She discussed how she located an Internet social network meeting friends with CF.  In this chat form, she found two of her best friends Meg and Kila who also had CF.

Eva stated how she couldn’t be around other people with CF at originally because of concern the condition would spread.  The filmmakers contacted Meg and Kila to discuss their unique bond.  This produced a new direction to the documentary about their extraordinary friendship.

This documentary’s title originates from the online chat name Eva created to discuss CF.  When children are small, they have trouble saying CF so they use the term Red Roses.  Eva’s favorite color is red so they added the color to the term.

After people watch the documentary, they are encouraged to sign up to be an organ donor.  As the primary filmmakers, they want the target audience to get a close perspective of Eva’s life.  They want people’s attitude to transform stating: "I've never seen anything like that before."
